Wonderful hostel, great facilities and kind and friendly staff

I stayed here for a couple nights and really loved my stay.

It’s beautifully set at the top of a hill in Tilcara. Rooms are really clean, well equipped and comfortable with comfy beds, lockers, bedside tables etc. The dorm area has a kitchen and dining area for guest use and is quite spacious.

There is also a ‘cafe’ area which functions as the breakfast room and wifi hotspot. The breakfast is good with delicious home-baked breads, homemade jams, fruit, tea and coffee.

Great views over the Quebrada from the guesthouse and a great area for lounging and watching the sunset too.

It’s not so hard to find in the daytime, but arriving at night was a little harder and a bit scary as the streets are dimly lit and there are stray dogs (not dangerous but noisy) barking.
